Do I need to be a Teams/Slack admin to be able to install RoMo to our Teams/Slack workspace?

Depends on your Teams/Slack workspace settings. If the admin of your workspace set it up so, then yes. If that’s not the case, you can go ahead and install.

Will RoMo be available to all Teams/Slack workspace members when I install it?
You can decide who gets to use RoMo during the process of installation. And you can always change this later on. Nobody gets it by default, RoMo admin has to activate the users.
What is the maximum number of culture values RoMo supports?
You can insert up to 20 culture values over your company’s lifetime in RoMo, but only 7 can be active at any point in time. Inactive culture values won’t get deleted, we will keep the data for you.
What's the maximum number of employees that can be in one instance of RoMo?
There are no technical limitations basically, but if you have more then 250 people, reach out to us at hi@romoapp.net. We offer discounts for companies with large numbers of users.
What does "pilot" mean?
This is just a fancy word for a test 🙂 You can choose how many users you want to include and just onboard them on RoMo. This will enable you to get a good feel for the service, and also you can get feedback from these testers. It’s also a very good way to get your key stakeholders engaged in the testing phase, so you can decide together after 30 days (or sooner) if you want to rollout RoMo to all employees.
How come you don't need my credit card?
We don’t need it in the free trial period. We want you to feel comfortable and safe testing our service. Once you start loving RoMo and want to make a commitment, we will ask for your credit card details so we can start charging you monthly. Our pricing and charging is transparent, you will always be notified when adding a new user that this will increase your monthly bill.
What are "active users"?

An active user is determined by your company’s RoMo admin. Admins can activate and deactivate users. 

How many tags can I assign to a user?
Maximum number of tags per user is currently set at 3. Overall we can store up to 200 different tags.
Can more people have access to the RoMo admin panel and analyze the data?
Yes, an admin can add up to 4 more additional admins. Go to your admin panel and find the sections with users. On the right hand side of each row you find a three dot menu, and the option to “Make an admin” is there.
