Welcome to RoMo, the awesome service brought to you by Ditto Digital, LLC. (“Ditto Digital”). Our service means the services RoMo provides, including our websites, our blog, our API, and any other software, sites, and services offered by Ditto Digital in connection to any of those. By using our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Account Registration

1.1 You must not be a minor in your jurisdiction to use our service. We won’t ask for your age, but please comply with this requirement.

1.2 When you sign up, make sure to provide accurate and complete information. We want to get to know you, and we won’t share your details with anyone else (unless required by law).

1.3 Keep your account secure by choosing a strong password and not sharing it with others. We’re not responsible if someone gains unauthorized access to your account.

1.4. Make sure you’re human 😊 This means please don’t access our service via a bot or a script or anything like that.

Using RoMo

2.1 Please play nice and follow the rules. Use our service for lawful purposes and don’t do anything that disrupts or harms the experience of others.

2.2 Sometimes we may need to set usage limits to keep things fair and running smoothly. If we have to temporarily limit your usage, we’ll do our best to let you know in advance.

Fees and Payment

3.1 Our service may have fees, and we’ll clearly outline our payment policies. If you choose a paid account, we’ll charge you monthly.

3.2 You’re free to cancel your subscription anytime, but we don’t offer refunds or credits for partial months. Once you cancel, your access to the service will end at the end of your billing cycle.

3.3 Please note that all fees mentioned are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You’re responsible for paying those, as required by law.

3.4. Please keep your billing information, such as credit card number and expiration date, updated. You may opt for a recurring payment, and accepting these Terms means we can charge your credit card as agreed without asking permission for each monthly recurring payment.

Privacy

4.1 We respect your privacy and value your trust. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. By using RoMo, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

5.1 We grant you a personal, non-assignable, non-exclusive license to use the software provided with our service. Enjoy, but don’t go copying, modifying, or reverse engineering our stuff, okay? Unless the law says you can or we give you permission – then it’s cool.

Using Your Logos and Brand Names

6.1 We take a lot of pride in our work, and we love showcasing the awesome brands and logos of our clients. By using our service, you agree to let us use your logos and brand names to promote our service. We’ll make sure to represent your brand in the best possible way.

Termination

7.1 We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason or no reason at all. We hope it never comes to that, but just so you know.

7.2 You can cancel your account at any time. However, please note that we’re not responsible for any loss of data or content upon cancellation or termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

8.1 RoMo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or guarantees. We can’t promise that everything will always be perfect, but we’ll do our best.

8.2 We’re not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of RoMo. If you’re not happy, let us know, and we’ll try to make it right. But how your teammates use our service, and how you use the insights you gained through our service is up to you.

Changes to the Terms

9.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll let you know by posting the revised Terms on our website. It’s your responsibility to check for any changes.

9.2 By continuing to use RoMo after the revised Terms become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
